The subject of the tender is consulting services for the future analysis of the existing funding databases of the Film Funding Authority (FFA). The FFA has been operating two individually developed Microsoft Access specialist applications for around 15 years, the central one Map funding processes and operate on-premise. Complete technical documentation is not available, which means there are risks with regard to maintainability, further development and know-how retention. The aim of the service is the open-ended analysis and Evaluation of possible options for action for the future treatment of these specialist applications. The advice includes in particular: a functional and technical analysis of the existing applications, taking into account the IT system landscape (including DMS, customer portal, accounting), the evaluation of different options for action, e.g. B. continued operation, modernization, new development or use of standard software available on the market, the consideration of new technologies (e.g. AI-supported processes). conceptual level, an economic efficiency and risk assessment of the realistic options including rough cost and effort estimates. The results should provide the client with a well-founded basis for decision-making for future direction the funding databases offer.
