1. The Government of the Republic of Côte d`Ivoire has received loans from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the African Development Fund (ADF) for the financing of the Phase 1 Transboundary Access Roads Project - section Bondoukou Soko-West Frontier Ghana and intends to use part of the funding provided to finance consultancy services for the control and supervision of the work truck.

2. The services to be performed in respect of the "road improvements" component include the mission as follows:

o consultancy services for the control and supervision of the works: (i) development and asphalting of 11 km of road (Bondoukou-Soko-Frontière of Ghana) with sections 2x2 lanes to the crossing of agglomerations including lighting public and sanitation; (ii) development and asphalting

7 km of roads including public lighting and sanitation and (iii) development of 20 km of tracks.

The period of execution of the work is estimated twelve (12) months.

The services of the consultants include:

- the technical, administrative and financial follow-up of the execution of the works,

- analysis of execution plans and calculation notes or possible implementation studies,

- the quality control of the works and the quantities used in accordance with the technical requirements,

- support and monitoring of the implementation of environmental and social measures. The consultants will ensure that the project complies with the established road safety standards, pay particular attention to the road drainage system and will also be responsible for drafting progress reports.

3. The Road Management Agency (AGEROUTE), acting on behalf of the Ministry of Equipment and Road Maintenance, hereby invites consulting engineering firms to express their interest in providing the services described above.Interested offices must provide information indicating their experience and technical capacity to perform such services including: references for the follow-up and control of similar work, relevant prior experience under similar conditions, availability of key personnel qualified in the mission areas, as well as any other additional information. The consultants to increase their chances of qualification can be put in association, validated by an agreement between the partners of the association, clearly indicating the type of association, that is to say an intermediate form of association or an intention of subcontracting.

Experiences in the field or following tasks are the minimum required for missions:

? Studies (or reviews) of ODA of road construction projects in 2x2 lanes of a linear length greater than or equal to 5 km or of expressways / lanes Express in open country of a linear distance greater than or equal to 20 km;

? Monitoring and control of road construction works in 2x2 lanes of linear length greater than or equal to 5 km or expressways / express lanes in open country of a linear distance greater than or equal to 20 km;

? Monitoring and control of the works of development of earth roads of at least 50 kilometers.

4.
