Jenaer Bäder und Freizeit GmbH intends to transform the Jena pools with the aim of making the existing facilities strategically, technically, structurally and organizationally fit for the future. The central project is the comprehensive modernization and Energy-saving renovation of the GalaxSea leisure and adventure pool at Rudolstädter Straße 37 in 07745 Jena. As part of the transformation, the technical systems, the structural structure and the operational processes should be integrated holistically reviewed, realigned and adapted to future requirements. The aim is an economically viable, functional and sustainable bathing and sauna operation as part of a long-term transformation strategy for the Jena baths. The Contractor provides transformation, operator and operational consulting services as well as client representation services from a consistent operator, operational and economic efficiency perspective. The services integrate all construction, technical and operationally relevant topics with the aim of interlinking the structural implementation with the future operational organization, profitability and performance of the Jena pools.
