The overall objective of this consultancy is to enable the MWR1 PIU, across a diversity of geographical areas, for all Development Partners (DPs), project workers and project-affected parties, to: (i) identify all relevant security threats (ii) identify risk mitigation measures in order to mitigate all identified security threats (iii) incorporate all risk mitigation measures into Local Security Management Plans and (iv) ensure Risk Assessments and Security Management Plans
