The objective of the Consultant's mission is to provide expertise to ADER in the areas of engineering, design, tendering, economic monitoring, as well as construction supervision and commissioning, to ensure the effective implementation of the project. Particular attention will be given to compliance with both national and KfW requirements concerning environmental and social standards throughout the project. As part of their mission to support ADER in carrying out its mandate, the Consultant may also be called upon to provide support services that are not directly related to the project, which will be executed within the scope of their mandate.
