Tenders are invited for Consultation on Weeding Works of the Green Spaces of the Department of Architecture.

Tenders will be submitted in a closed and anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the Tender Opening and Tender Evaluation Commission, consultation No. 08/FGC/UMMTO/2023 on weeding of the green spaces of the Department of Architecture of the former habitat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering”.

The file must include the following documents:

A/ Application file:

· Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and stamped;

· Copy of the electronic commerce register;

· Copy of tax identification;

· Bank domiciliation certificate;

· Extract from the audited rolls or with a schedule and dated less than one month from the date of submission;

· Declaration of honesty completed, signed, dated and stamped;

· Criminal record valid on the date of submission of the tenderer or director (or manager);

· Copies of certificates of good performance for the last three years.

· Income statement tables (TCR) approved by the tax authorities for the last three years.

· Declaration of knowledge of the premises and of all the elements referring to the execution of the work, prior verification.

· Valid CASNOS, CNAS and CACOBATPH update certificate.

· Certificate of legal deposit of social accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.



B/ Technical Offer:

· Specifications signed, quoted and initialed;

· Declaration to subscribe duly completed, signed, dated and stamped;

· Commitment to completion time.

C/ Financial Offer :

- Submission letter filled in, signed, dated and stamped;

- Signed, dated and sealed unit price schedules;

- Estimated and quantitative estimates signed, dated and sealed.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to tenderers to prepare and submit their offers from: 08/05/2023.

The deadline for submitting offers is set for 05/15/2023 at 10:30 a.m. at office B40, general secretariat of the faculty of construction engineering located in HASNAOUA II.

Tenderers can attend the opening of bids which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submitting bids, i.e. 05/15/2023 at 11 a.m. at office B40, general secretariat located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the faculty of construction engineering HASNAOUA II.

The period of validity of the offers is 98 days from 08/05/2023.
