Quotation are invited for Consultation with a View to the Development of the CCAA Archives Room.
The services consist of:
moving the archives and storing them temporarily without disturbing them in an indicated location; secure the documents to be archived without damaging them; methodically dismantle the existing temporary material shelving; install the metal shelving ordered while respecting dynamic and efficient methods and standards; put the moved archives back on the new shelves, respecting their initial location and, restore the premises to their current state in terms of safety and hygiene.
The awarded company will carry out its services in collaboration with the service team in charge of CCAA archives in order to achieve the expected results.
The file can be obtained from the General Directorate of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Technical Directorate (Markets Sub-Directorate) located at Air Base 101 in Yaoundé, (Telephone 655 95 25 24) upon publication of this notice, against presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50, 000) FCFA to account no. 33598860001 94 entitled CAS-ARMP domiciled in all BICEC agencies.
Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond in the amount of 479, 594 (four hundred and seventy-nine thousand five hundred and ninety-four) CFA Francs, established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and the list of which appears in Exhibit 11 of the consultation. Said deposit must be valid for ninety (90) days beyond the deadline for validity of the offers.
