Expression of Interest are invited for Consultants for the Implementation of Paseca Project Activities [Design of a Vital Statistics Database and Design of the Civil Statistics Directory (Development and Production of the First Edition of the Civil Status Directory of Cameroon)].

Participation and origin
Participation in this notice to Manifestation is open to national and international independent firms, consultancies, companies and independent consultants who are actually established in one of the ACP countries, one of the Member States of the European Union or in a country or country where a territory authorized by the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement under which the contract is financed. SUBDIVISION
lot 1 : design of a vital statistics database and design of the civil statistics directory (Development and production of the first edition of the civil status directory of Cameroon).
lot 2 : carrying out an archival study (reconstitution method and proposal on securing acts)
lot 3 : study on the setting up of regional platforms, the monitoring or animation of these platforms and capitalization;
lot 4 : standards and standard documents (Development, production and dissemination of standards and standard documents on the functioning of civil status).
lot 5 : training of BUNEC staff on:
- the cartography of the civil status centers;
- capacity building and moderation techniques of the workshops;
- the law of the civil status and right of the man.

Lot 6 : media coverage by the communication agencies.

Deadline for submission of applications
The deadline for submitting applications is 08 September 2019 at 12 noon, the deadline. PASECA offices are open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 15:30.

All written submissions of this call for expressions of interest must be in French or English

Selection and start of the mission
