Request for proposals are invited for Consultant to Undertake Conceptual Design and Scoping of the National Payments Switch.
4.1 Scope of Work

The Service Provider shall be expected to undertake the following specific

activities: -

4.1.1 Review the experiences of other countries within the SADC region and others elsewhere that have successfully introduced domestic card and mobile switches;

4.1.2 Assess the existing payments and settlement infrastructure in Lesotho, including legal instruments and institutional arrangements;

4.1.3 Identifying the most efficient, effective, safe and sound options available for providing solutions in Lesotho;
