Expression of Interest are invited for Consultant Services for the Owner's Engineer for the National Control Centre (Ncc) Project

EDM has identified the need to implement a New National Control Centre and establish a modern hierarchy of control centres to monitor and control the Mozambican electricity network, as follows:
 Establishing a New National Control Centre, including a new building with all facilities
 Converting the existing National Control Centre to serve as
Backup National Control Centre (BNCC) as well as the Southern Regional Control Centre, including repurposing and refurbishment of the building
 Establishing two new Medium Voltage Feeder Control Centres (MVFCC), including buildings with all facilities
 Establishing a dedicated Telecommunication network,
 Including adaptation of existing IT / telecommunications solutions.
 Establishing RTUs/Gateways in substations, including Adaptation Works

The Consultant-s Key Staff shall tentatively comprise the following roles:
a) Project Manager/Resident Team Leader
b) Resident Engineer x2
c) SCADA Specialist
d) EMS Specialist
e) Telecommunication Specialist
f) System Operation Engineer
g) Protection and Control Engineer
h) Civil Engineer
i) Architect
j) Environmental Specialist
k) Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
l) Site Construction Supervisor
