Working under the guidance of the BWP Operations Team, the Consultant will conduct on-site advisory visits, provide tailored guidance to management and worker representatives, and support the implementation and monitoring of Improvement Plans through the Better Work Portal. The role includes delivering advisory-oriented coaching and training, facilitating constructive dialogue between management and workers, and documenting progress in line with BWP quality standards. The Consultant will also contribute to reporting, knowledge-sharing, and other programme initiatives, ensuring that advisory interventions effectively strengthen factory capacity, promote sound industrial relations, and support the programme-s overall objectives.
