Tenders are invited for Consultant for Energy Audit (Power Balance) & Dimensioning of a Solar System (Category C1, Level B), Bujumbura, Burundi.
Goal and Objective :

Under the supervision of the Administration Officer, the consultant will be responsible for conducting a complete audit of the Office`s electrical installations and current and projected energy needs to determine current fuel consumption, produce an inventory of the current system and develop the terms of reference that will be used to launch a first tender for the acquisition of the appropriate solar system (phase 1 of the project) and, subsequently, a second call for tenders for system expansion (phase 2).

It will be mainly expected from the Consultant:

· an accurate assessment of BCO`s current needs (as well as estimated projected needs) for energy for server room power and lighting

· the table of values ​​of sunshine of the site of implantation of the Office from January to December

· an accurate assessment of the power that the future solar system will need to deliver in both phases of the project

· the sizing of solar panels, converters and solar batteries
