Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of a National Consultant for the Development of Messages, the Design of Images for the Promotion of Blood Donation in the Regions of the Seventers and Translation in Official (French and English) and National Languages (Fulfulde, Guiziga, Guidar and Baya) of These Messages

Financing
The benefits, which are the subject of this Call for Expressions of Interest, are financed by the budget of the Ministry of Public Health for the fiscal year 2019.

5. Submission of bids
Applications must be submitted in seven (07) copies, one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, under closed envelopes to the Permanent Secretariat of the National Blood Transfusion Program; Administration and Finance Section located behind the Cameroonian Red Cross in the building of the Health Building located next to the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) in Yaounde no later than 21/03/2019 at 13:00 local time . After this period, no offer can be accepted, modified or withdrawn. Each constituted offer shall bear the following words:
