Tenders are invited for Applied Learning Consultant for Toolkit Design Intersectional Budget Analysis and Advocacy

Requirements and Qualifications

The IEJ seeks a consultant with instructional design and implementation experience.

The toolkit designer should have:

· At least 5 years of experience in learning design work;

· A Master-s degree in social sciences, economics, development, or related field; and

· A track record in report writing and project management.

Outputs/Activities

· Draft Toolkit using information provided by IEJ team.

· Powerpoint presentation of draft to IEJ team.

· Engagement in stakeholder workshop where the toolkit will be presented.

· Updated draft toolkit on feedback from IEJ and stakeholders.

· Final toolkit
