“Millennium Challenge Account Liberia” (MCA-Liberia)
GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
The Government of Liberia has received grant funding of US$256, 726, 000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty-Six Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand US Dollars) from the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) of the United States Government to enable the Government of Liberia to implement this program and achieve the objectives of the MCC Grant (Compact), and it intends to apply parts of the proceeds of the funds to payments for Contracts for Goods, Works and Services.
This General Procurement Notice is made based on MCA-Liberia’s:
Amendment #2 to the Procurement Plan for the period July 2019 to June 2020
Contracts for Goods, Works and Services financed under the Program will be implemented according to the principles, rules and procedures set out in the MCC PPG which can be found on the MCC website at https://www.mcc.gov/resources/doc/program-procurement-guidelines.
These procurements are open to all bidders/consultants from eligible source countries as defined in the MCC PPG.
Specific Procurement Notices (SPN) for contracts to be tendered under the competitive bidding procedures and for consultant contracts will be announced, as they become available, on the MCA website at http://mca.gov.lr, United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Online website at http://www.devbusiness.com/), Development Gateway Market (dgMarket) website at http://mcc.dgmarket.com/), in local newspapers, and other media outlets as appropriate.
