Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for Preparation of Infrastructure Designs & Supervision, for Expansion & Supplementary Equipping of Eight Technical Institutes.
The overall objective of the contract is to provide competent architectural and engineering design and construction supervision consultancy services, for the expansion and additional equipping of eight (8) technical institutes that were established under Phase I of the VE Project. The eight (8) project sites include Ogolai Technical Institute (In Amuria District). ;Buhimba Technical Institute (in Kikube District) ‘Nawanyago Technical Institute (in Kamui District). 'Lwengo Technical Institute (in Iwengo District). -’Sasiira Technical Institute (in Nakasongota District). Basoga Nsadhu Memorial Technical Institute (in Namutumba District). Kilak Comer Technical Institute (in Pader District) and Lokopio Hills Technical Institute (in Yumbe District).
5 Bidders rray purchase the RFP dossier upon submission of a written application to the address above (including bidder's contact details) and payment of a fee of UGX 300.000/-(Non-Refundable)Three Hundred Thousand only). Bidders vvil be required to obtain bank payment advice forms from the Ministry Cashier on 5th F oor of Embassy House and make payment at the designated bank. Hard copies of the RFP dossier may then be collected from tho above address on presentation of proof of payment. Soft copies of the RFP dossier shall also be e-mail ed to all confirmed bidders
