Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Management of the Building Project of a Double Line of Transport.
In Jeune Afrique N ° 2916 from 27 November 2016 to 03 December 2016, and in the UN Development Business of 21 November 2016, the Republic of Niger obtained two financing in the form of "Ijara Services" and "Istisna`a" from The Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the Project for the Construction of a Dual Electric Power Line between the Kandadji Dam and Niamey and intends to use a portion of the sums granted to finance services Of consultant. These services include the review of the ODA and the DAO, the assistance with the Procurement of works contracts, the direction of the execution of the contracts and works, the approval of the execution plans established by the companies, the controls, Testing and reception during manufacturing (equipment, electromechanical, Electrical and telematics), supervision of works and their provisional acceptance, monitoring of the implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan and assistance to the Employer during the warranty period. The High Commission for the Development of the Niger Valley (HCAVN) invites eligible Consultants to submit their applications in order to provide the services defined above. Interested consultants must provide information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.). Experience in the following areas or tasks will be considered a minimum requirement for the Mission: • Execution of contracts for HV lines and substations; • Controls, tests and reception during the manufacture of electromechanical, electrical and telematics equipment; • Supervision of work and provisional acceptance; • Follow-up of the Implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan The consultants can apply in the form of an association, validated by an agreement between the partners of the association, clearly indicating the type of association, Ie a consortium of consultants, an intermediate form of association or an intention to subcontract.
