Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for Development of Equipment Specifications. Installation and Commissioning Supervision and Training for the Expansion & Supplementary Equipping of Eight Technical Institutes.
The overall objective of the contract is to provide competent TVET equipment specification, supervision and user-training consultancy services, for the expansion and additional equipping of eight (8) technical institutes that were established under Phase i of the VE Project. The eight (8) project sites include 'Ogolai Technical Institute On Amuria District). Buhimba Technical Institute (in Kikube District) Nawanyago Technical Institute On Kamuh District). ‘Lwengo Technical Institute (in Lwengo District). Sasiira Technical Institute (in Nakasongoa District). Basoga Nsadhu Memorial Technical Institute (in Namutumba District) 'Kilak Comer Technical Institute (in Pader District) and ' Lokopio Hills Technical Institute (in Yumbe District).

Bidders may purchase the RFP dossier upon submission of a written application to the address above (including bidder's full contact details) and payment of a fee of UGX 100.000/-(Non-Refundable) (Uganda Shilings One Hundred Thousand only). Bidders will be required to obtain bank payment advice forms from the Ministry Cashier on 5th Floor of Embassy House and make payment at the designated bank Hard copies of the RFP dossier may then be collected from the above address on presentation of proof of payment.
Soft copies of the RFP dossier shall also be e-mailed to al confirmed bidders.
