SCOPE OF WORK
The selected consultant will be required to:
1. Assess the Current Digital Landscape:
o Conduct an in-depth analysis of HFC-s existing digital infrastructure,
including software, hardware, and IT processes.
o Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop a Digitalisation Strategy:
o Define clear digital transformation objectives aligned with HFC-s corporate
goals.
o Identify suitable technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance service
delivery.
o Establish a phased implementation plan with realistic timelines and
milestones.
3. Data Security and Compliance:
o Assess existing cybersecurity measures and recommend enhancements to
ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
o Develop data management policies to safeguard customer and corporate
information.
