Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to Build Capacity in Wash Promotion, Entrepreneurship and Management.

Services to be undertaken include:
➢ Training of WASH management committees on how to manage and sustain water systems through system repair, revenue collection and provision of rules for the management of water facilities.
➢ Training of WASH-In-Schools committees on sanitation, hygiene and infrastructure management.
➢ Training of beneficiaries on preventive maintenance; long-term measures and systems that can be adopted to manage the inherent challenges in WASH, with a focus on enhanced community-led approaches, Leadership and management of WASH facilities.
➢ Enhancing Community Knowledge on up-to-date best practices and support to WASH committees.
➢ To produce a prototype and tailor-made WASH artisanship business plan that caters for community demands

Beneficiary (individual) targets with a minimum of 30% to be female in each category.
i) CLTS - 40
ii) SLTS - 50
iii) WASH Committees - 40
iv) Community-based Artisans - 475
v) WASH Entrepreneurs - 125

The above-indicated outputs/services are packaged under two consultancy services. This means
the winning NGOs will implement and report on the aforementioned deliverables.
The Activities are grouped into lots on a geographical scale.

LOT 1: Kailahun and Kenema:
The beneficiary distribution for each title will be as follows:
(i) CLTS: 16
(ii) SLTS: 20
(iii) WASH Committees: 16
(iv) Community-based Artisans: 190
(v) WASH Entrepreneurs: 50

LOT 2: Bombali, Port Loko and Western Rural:
The beneficiary distribution for each title will be as follows:
(i) CLTS: 24
(ii) SLTS: 30
(iii) WASH Committees: 24
(iv) Community-based Artisans: 285
(v) WASH Entrepreneurs: 75
