PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT – TENDER NOTICE
The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) is a Humanitarian Organization that worked throughout the 15 Counties; The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose mandate is to inspire, encourage, facilitate and promote at all time all forms of humanitarian activities. Red Cross National Societies with a view to preventing and alleviating human suffering and thereby contributing to the maintenance and promotion of peace and development in the world.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
It is the intent of LNRCS to contract a consultancy company for technical specification for a complete set of solar lighting equipment and installation works in the South East of Liberia. To be precise, the following Counties are: Sinoe, Grand Kru and River Gee Counties Consultancy for “Solar panel technical specification and installation work”.
LNRCS invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and experienced bidders for consultancy service.
The consultancy will include:
1. Preparation of detailed Scope of works and technical specifications for solar lighting.
1. Preparation of a bill of quantities showing indicative prices
2. Provide assistance in identifying appropriate companies for the Installation
3. Technical supervision of installation work.

4. Carry out inspection to ensure quality control and conformity with required specifications
5. Ensure the installation activities on the site are being undertaken as per agreed schedule and according to the design drawings and specifications.
6. Prepare installation report at the end of the project. [Bidders willing to participate must have minimum 3 years’ experience in similar projects]

To be considered, please submit hard copy of your proposal between the opening date December 17, 2019 up to the closing date January 03th, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. on Monday Technical and Financial offers, complete in all respects, in one envelop should be received at the below address during office hours from [10:00] hrs. To [16:00hrs] until [date: 06th, January, 2020 at 4:00hrs which is the deadline].
The Liberia Red Cross Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
