Consultancy Service for a Feasibility Study for the Design
SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
IGAD, in support of the Government of South Sudan intends to hire the services of a consultancy Firm to undertake the following tasks:
· Assess the current sector-wide policy initiatives, policy reforms and the National Vision 2040, taking into consideration the global, regional, and continental frameworks on land governance, and
· To propose options for the design South Sudan-s land sector reform agenda to be embedded in a costed ten-year Land Sector Strategic Investment Plan.
