Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Development of Three Modules for Water and Sanitation Sector Information System (SISAS) (CO34-ISSUWSSSD).

Closing Date: 09 February 2018 at 15:30 (Local Time)

Restriction: Required qualifications include: (i) Minimum of BSc Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields. (ii) At least 10 years of working experience in IT related works. (iii) At least 5 years of experience as a senior or leader in software development or design of database application or Web site development. (iv) The Consultant must submit at least 2 successfully completed similar services during the last 5 years in which he/she was a lead in one of them and key personnel in the other one. (v) Working experience in Water Supply and Waste Water Managements Projects is an advantage. (vi) Fluency in Portuguese language is mandatory. (vii) Skill in English Language in Writing and speaking is required. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants” May 2008 edition, revised July 2012, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
