Tenders are invited for Consultancy for a Monitoring Evaluation Specialist for Water Supply and Sanitation
Closing Date: 01 October 2018 at 14:00 (Local Time)
Restriction: The Consultant must have the following qualifications: The Consultant must have a Bachelor Degree in engineering, sciences, economics or other field closely related to water supply and sanitation. Master Degree in closely related field would be a plus; The consultant should have experience in project implementation, including monitoring and evaluation of project’s performance;The Consultant must have at least 5 y ears working experience in the field of water supply and sanitation in Angola. Working experience with utilities will be a plus; Strong technical experience.Working experience in social, environmental and management within the water and sanitation sect or will be a plus; Strong computer skills and experience and proven record of writing reports and/or academic documents; Working experience with multilateral or bilateral financing is desired;The Consultant should be fluent in Portuguese and have working knowledge of English language.
