UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of institutional consultancy services for Endline Survey of the SUNN Scaling Up Nutrition MCDP! Zambia programme. BRIEF BACKGROUNDPurpose: The Endline Survey aims to assess the impact of the SUN/MCDP IIprogramme, building on findings from the baseline evaluation (2019) and midline assessments (2022).Objectives The specific objectives of the evaluation are:• To evaluate the progress made in improving child and maternal nutrition status, including stunting, wasting, underweight, and maternal nutrition.• Toassess the performance of strategies employed (pathways to change and coordination mechanisms), and actions taken to improve child and maternal nutrition and the validity of key assumptions and risks. • To assess the impact of the key determinants to maternal and child nutritional status, such ashousehold food security, access to water and sanitation, and the coverage and reach of nutrition interventions. • To understand to what extent the program was implemented according to its original design.
