Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy for the Development of Commercial Framework for Gas Pricing and Revenue Securitization.
Tender documents can be collected at the 8th floor of the Department Headquarters, Lagos.

The Technical and Commercial bids shall be enclosed in Separate sealed envelopes and

marked appropriately as Commercial` and Technical`. Both bids must be Submitted in one

Large sealed envelope, marked with Lot number at the top left hand Corner and addressed

to the Director, Department of Petroleum Resources. 7, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria

Island, Lagos. Only companies with satisfactory Technical Proposals will be invited for the

opening of Financial bids. Proposals and Bids of the value of NGN 100 Million and above for

goods, consultancy services/non consultancy services and NGN 300 Million and above for

works, must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of not more than 2% of the bid sum. Bids will be

opened six (6) weeks from the date of this advertisement, at 2.00 pm in the presence of the

bidders/representatives and other relevant statutory bodies at the main conference room

9th floor, DPR Headquarters, 7 Kofo Abayomi Street V.I Lagos.
