Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Architectural Design and Project Management.
The Candidate's Services will be aimed at the architectural design and project management of the following construction and rehabilitation works:
- Rehabilitation of 7 hospital blocks;
- Rehabilitation of a clinical building and new construction of a clinical building;
- Rehabilitation and expansion of the morgue;
- Rehabilitation of the fence and construction of a reception room.
The volume of work for which the architectural design and project management are sought is approximately 2 million euros.
The consultancy will include the following three phases:
- Phase 1: Study Phase - constitution of Business Consultation files;
- Phase 2: Administrative coordination;
- Phase 3: Steering and monitoring of the execution of the works.
