To this end, the WHH-Welthungerhilfe in Niger within the framework of the NER 1051 project whose title is "Mitigate the worst effects of water scarcity and hunger by ensuring access to drinking water, sanitation and hygiene services and by providing emergency aid to vulnerable communities in the event of an acute crisis in sub-Saharan Africa" and in its Water, Hygiene and Sanitation component, Financed by AA and implemented in the Diffa region. .
