The Government of the Republic of Senegal has obtained financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Africa Growing Together Fund (AGTF) hereinafter referred to as the Bank to finance part of the cost of the Program for opening up agricultural and mining areas Phase 1 (PDZAM1), and intends to use part of these financing to make payments under Construction Contracts for the Keur Momar Sarr - Mbane - Richard Toll road (74 km) including 6 km of road to Richard TOLL and to Keur Momar Sarr and the Nguer Malal - Loumbeul track - Keur Malick Sow (17 km) . 3. The Road Works and Management Agency (AGEROUTE) Senegal, acting in the name and on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Transport and Opening Up, is soliciting Closed Tenders from eligible Bidders and meeting the qualifications required to carry out the construction works of the Keur Momar Sarr - Mbane - Richard Toll road (74 km) including 6 km of roads to Richard TOLL and Keur Momar Sarr and the Nguer Malal - Loumbeul - Keur Malick Sow track (17 km ) in a single batch. The deadline for the execution of the work is twenty-four (24) months.
