1. Object

As part of the implementation of the Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of the Municipality of Foumban, Project Manager launches on behalf of the Ministry of Basic Education, an Open National Invitation to Tender in procedure of emergency for the construction of a building of two classrooms at the public school of ARDO ALI SABOULE Koupa Matapit in the Commurn de Foumban, Department of Noun

2. Consistency of the services

The works, subject of this invitation to tender for the construction of a building of two classrooms at the Public School of ARDO ALI SABOULE BY KOUPA MATAPIT and include;

3. Estimated cost

the estimated cost TTC of the operation at the end of the preliminary studies of this lot is of:

4. Delivery time

The maximum execution period provided by the Client for the completion of the works is three (03) months.

5. Allotment

6. Participation and origin

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to companies under Cameroonian law with expertise in the field.

7. Financing

9. Acquisition of the file

The Tender File can be obtained and consulted at the General Secretariat of the Municipality of Foumban, tel: 699 33 93 13/670 82 26 41, upon publication of this Notice, against payment of a non-refundable amount of 40, 000 FCFA (Forty thousand francs), payable to the Municipal Recipe of Foumban.

10. Delivery of bids

Each offer written in French or in English in Seven (07) copies of which one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such should reach the Secretariat General of the Municipality of Foumban, tel: 699 33 93 13/670 82 26 41, no later than 26 JULY 2018 11 am local time, deposited against receipt and shall be marked:

11. Provisional bond

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tendering deposit conforming to the annexed template drawn up by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 13 of the DAO, for an amount of 400 000 FCFA (Four hundred thousand CFA francs) and valid for 30 days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.

12. Admissibility of tenders

On pain of rejection of the tender, the other valid administrative documents must be produced as original documents or certified copies by the issuing service,
