This Open Invitation to Tender (AAOO) follows the general procurement notice of the project published in Development Business online dated June 19, 2019 and on the Bank`s portal ( www.afdb.org ). . The Government of the Republic of Guinea has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (ADB) to cover the cost of the Boké-Québo / Phase 1 road construction project.
The tender dossier may be purchased by candidates, upon written request to the National Directorate of National Roads, Project Management Unit-BAD (UGPBAD) against receipt, against payment of a non-refundable amount of 3, 000. 000 Guinean francs or its equivalent in convertible currency. Tender documents may be purchased during working hours (local time: GMT) on working days (Monday to Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Offers must be valid for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days following the deadline for submission of tenders and must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the amount of: One million Two hundred Thousand Euros (1, 200, 000 Euros) or its equivalent in convertible currency.
