Construction work for the partial new building of the Heinrich Grupe School in 37124 Rosdorf (extension) Extension of the preliminary information 2025-OJS088-00292613-de - Construction work for the partial new building of the Heinrich Grupe School in 37124 Rosdorf: The municipality of Rosdorf would like this Heinrich Grupe School to be enlarged to accommodate a total of 400 students. The planning property is the site of the existing Heinrich Grupe primary school in the center of the municipality of Rosdorf. The existing buildings were divided into several Built in sections (from 1922 to 2011). The existing buildings consist of two full floors (ground floor, upper floor) and have a partial basement. The upper end is formed by gable roofs. The aim of the planned measures is a sustainable, barrier-free reorganization of the HGS as a four-day, all-day general education school. The overall project will be divided into two construction phases. BA1 is the new building. The old building will be renovated in two consecutive phases, but in terms of content and logistics a construction phase is planned and advertised. The new building has three floors and a partial basement. The building will be constructed using solid construction and will have a clinker brick facade with mineral wool insulation. The floor ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete ceilings and largely equipped with acoustic suspended ceilings. The upper end is a flat roof.
