6. Interested candidates can consult the complete Call for Competition file free of charge or withdraw it for a fee against payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100, 000 FCFA) at the address mentioned below, secretariat of the Gouméra town hall. Payment method will be cash against receipt.
