Construction work for all-day and primary school buildings, lot 2: reinforced concrete work The subject of the tender is the construction of a new all-day and primary school building in the municipality of Handewitt, SH. The new building is an extension of the site and is located on the Property of the Siegfried Lenz School. Each year of the primary school receives one of the four “learning houses”, with its own entrance and a spacious cloakroom. The entrance area connects to the so-called forum, the central room for everyone Learning house. Four equally sized classrooms adjoin the forum. Like the cloakroom, they are separated from the forum, some of them with large glazing. The rooms for all-day activities, for inclusion, for school social work and for that Educational staff are mainly assigned to the individual learning houses or, like the general functional areas, are located in the immediate vicinity of the central auditorium. The subject of the procurement is reinforced concrete and sealing work for the New construction of a school building. The services to be carried out include in particular the production of reinforced concrete structures such as foundations and floor slabs, including formwork, reinforcement and concreting work, the mineral sealing of the Sole edge and reinforced concrete base as well as all necessary additional services.
