Construction work for all-day and primary school buildings, lot 10: pergolas and connecting corridor The subject of the tender is the construction of a new all-day and primary school building in the municipality of Handewitt, SH. The new building is an extension of the location and is located is located on the property of the Siegfried Lenz School. Each year of the primary school receives one of the four “learning houses”, with its own entrance and a spacious cloakroom. The entrance area connects to the so-called forum, the central room every learning house. Four equally sized classrooms adjoin the forum. Like the cloakroom, they are separated from the forum, some of them with large glazing. The rooms for all-day activities, for inclusion, for school social work and for that Educational staff are mainly assigned to the individual learning houses or, like the general functional areas, are located in the immediate vicinity of the central auditorium. The subject of the procurement is the construction of sun protection pergolas on the South side of the building as well as the roofing of the connecting corridor and the construction of entrance roofs for the new construction of the all-day and primary school building.
