BÜW DSZ Lüneburg foundation, building construction, outdoor facilities, TGA BÜW DSZ Lüneburg TK & EEA A new technology location (TSO) is being built at the Maschen site in the municipality of Seevetal, which will house railway technology systems and the associated infrastructure. The The two-story building will be constructed with technical building equipment, a 50 Hz supply and outdoor facilities including access roads, areas for dry coolers and mobile backup systems as well as a security fence with access control. The Construction supervision services are divided into two lots: Lot 1 - construction supervision according to VV BAU: This lot includes the supervision of structural services, including construction and fit-out, technical building equipment, 50 Hz systems within the building and the associated outdoor facilities. Construction supervision ensures that the work is carried out and documented in accordance with the contractual, technical and official requirements. Lot 2 - construction supervision according to VV BAU-STE (electrical technology): This Lot includes the monitoring of the railway equipment, especially in the 50 Hz range and overhead line system. This includes supporting the installation and commissioning of the systems as well as checking the electrical connection railway-specific systems.
