Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of Storage Facilities.

The Grant is financed through a contribution from the Crisis Response Initiative (“CRI”), an IFAD initiative to protect productive livelihoods by addressing the urgent needs caused by the current crisis in Ukraine, while at the same time tapping into new market opportunities for small holders and thus supporting sustainable food systems while already dealing with other unforeseen shocks. No amounts will be disbursed to the Recipient unless and until they have been received by IFAD

3. This tender is composed of one lot.

5. This IFB is open to all eligible bidders who wish to respond. Subject to restrictions noted in the bidding document, eligible entities may associate with other bidders to enhance their capacity to successfully carry out the procurement.

Bidding will be conducted using the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method, the evaluation procedure for which is described in this bidding document, in accordance with the IFAD Procurement Handbook which is provided at www.ifad.org/project-procurement. The NCB process, as described, will include a review and verification of qualifications and past performance, including a reference check, prior to the contract award.
