8.0 Collection of Tender Documents

Interested Companies are to Collect the Standard Bidding Documents from Office of the Head of Procurement Office, Flat 7, 1thfloor, National Agency for the Great Green Wall, Plot 1730, off Ahmadu Bello Way, Mabushi, Abuja upon Presentation of Evidence of Payment of Anon-Refundable Tender Fees of Ten Thousand Naira (n10, 000.00) only Per Lot, Paid into the National Agency for the Great Green Wall`s Remtta Account.

9.0 Submission of Tender Documents (Goods & Works)

(I) Interested Contractors and Suppliers shall Submit One Original and One Photocopy of Their Technical Bid and Completed Financial Bids. The Two Copies of Both Technical Bid and Completed Financial Bid Per Lot shall be Placed in Two Different Sealed Envelopes and Labelled "Technical Bid" And "Financial Bid" as Well as the"Projed Name/Title" And "Lot No" on the Same Side of the Envelope. The Reverse Side of each of These Two Envelopes shall Bear

The "Bidder`s Name, Address and Telephone Numbers)". The Two Sealed Envelopes Containing Separately Technical and Finandal Bids should be Enclosed in a Third Envelope Sealed and Labelled Technical and Financial Bids" with The "Project Nam^Title" And "Lot No" Dearly Written on the Top Right Hand Comer.

(Ii) the Outer Envelope should be Address To: The Director General, National Agency for the Great Green Wall, Plot 1730, Ahmadu Bello Way, Mabushi, Abuja.

(Iii) Closing Time for the Submission of All Bids (Technical and Finandal) is 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, 22m October, 2019.

10.0 OPENING OF BIDS

(i) Opening of Technical bids for Goods will commence at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 22nd October, 2019 at Conference Room, Ground Floor National Agency for the Great Green Wall, Plot 1730, Off Ahmadu Bello Wfay, Mabushi, Abuja.

(ii) Opening of Technical bids for Works will commence at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 22nd October, 2019 at Conference Room, Ground Floor, National Agency for the Great Green wall, Plot 1730, Off Ahmadu Bello way, Mabushi, Abuja.

(iii) Technical bids will be opened publicly in the presence of all bidders. Only successful Bidders will be invited for the opening of the Rnandal Bids at a later date while the finandal bids of un successful bidders wil beretumed un-opened.
