Prequalifications are invited for Construction of Solar Mini Grid in Gamawa, Gololo and 11 Pi Irq Towns in Gamawa Fro. Constituency. BauchiState

A clean copy of the certified Receipt of Payment for Non-refundable Tender fee of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only.
Evidence that all documents for submission were transmitted with a Covering’Forwarding letter on the Firm's Letterhead paper, bearing among other things the Registration Number (RC) as issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Contact Address. Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.) and email address. The Letterhead paper must indicate the Names and Nationalities of Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the company.

COLLECTION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

Interested Bidders arc to collect the Standard Bidding Documents from the Procurement Directorate. REA Corporate Headquarters. 22 Free Town Street. Wuse 2. Abuja upon production of evidence of payment of the Non-refundable Tender Fee of N 10000/- (Ten Thousand Naira) only per Lot. AH payments are to be made into the Treasury Single Account (TSA) in favour of the Rural Electrification Agency using GIF.MIS code 1000024043 after which bidders should proceed to REA Funds Management Directorate with their TSA teller to obtain Receipt of Payment.

SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL BIDS

Bidders shall submit Three (3) spirally bound hard copies i.e. one original and two copies of the Technical Document in a firmly sealed envelope with the LOT NUMBER. Project Title and Package Number clearly indicated on the top left comer and addressed to:

The reverse side of all envelopes used must bear the BIDDER’S NAME and address as well as the authorised contact person's phone numbers (all written out in capital letters).

Completed Technical Bids are to be hand-delivered or dropped in the designated tamper-proof "Tender Box" on the Ground Floor. REA Corporate Headquarters. 22 Freetown Street. Wuse 2. Abuja no later than 12:00 Noon on Monday. 22nd July. 2019 for Categories A-C and no later than 12.00noon on Wednesday. 24th July. 2019 for category D only. Bids submitted after the above specified deadlines shall be rejected and returned unopened at a later date to bidders who submitted them.

OPENING OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS

The Technical Documents for Categories A. B & C shall be opened immediately after close of submissions at 12.00 noon on Monday. 22nd July. 2019 while the Technical Documents for projects in Category D shall be opened immediately following close of submissions at 12.00noon on Wednesday. 24th July. 2019. The public opening of Documents on each day shall take place at REA Corporate Headquarters. 22 Freetown Street Wuse 2. Abuja in the presence of bidders, their representatives and observers from invited professional bodies and Civil Society Organizations.

All bidders and their representatives are enjoined to ensure that they sign the Bid Submission Register and obtain Bid Submission Receipt before dropping their bids in the Tender Boxes as REA will not be held responsible for lost, misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
