Tenders are invited for Construction of Solar Energy Pastoral Wells in the Village Bindiba. In the Commune of Garoua-Boulai, Department of Lom and Djerem, Eastern Region.

Consistency of services
The services, subject of this contract, extend to one (01) solar energy pastoral drilling comprising:
Geophysical studies and drilling location;
- Site installation;
- Drilling and drilling equipment;
- Development and drilling flow tests;
Construction of the water storage tank;
- The construction of 02 drinkers;
- The construction of a standpipe with two taps;
- The supply and installation of pipelines;
- The supply and installation of solar plates;
- Analysis and treatment of the water produced;
- Supply and installation of a solar energy pump;
- The preparation of the reports of the geophysical studies, the project for the execution of the works and the plan for re-bonding, as described in this CCTP.

Tender Non-refundable amount of Twenty Thousands (20, 000) CFA Franc to the Municipal Revenue of GAROUA-BOULAI in respect of the costs of purchasing the tender dossier by the hour and day
working hours, from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Provisional security: Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond (in accordance with the model attached in the appendix) established by a First Order Bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in Charge of Finance and the list of which appears in Exhibit 12 of the DAO., in the amount of Four Hundred Million (4, 000, 000) CFA Francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
