Construction site preparation IBW The overall project involves the construction of a new THW local branch building with garages and outbuildings on the site of an existing THW property as part of the THW construction program Total contractor (TU). On the site there is a school building from the 1950s that is currently used as a THW, as well as several garage buildings. The existing structures will be demolished on site. The subject of this planning order (Lph 1-9) is a to prepare a level, stable construction site and to create transfer shafts/transfer points for the supply and disposal lines. The building plot has a gradient of up to 3.5 m from the northern end of the building site to the street. The TU requires one level and stable land. Producing this is the content of this order.
