Construction site clearance An existing sports hall from the 1980s must be dismantled in order to build a new main fire station for the Berlin Fire Department at the administrative and educational site at Alt-Friedrichsfelde 60 (AFF60) in Berlin-Lichtenberg. As part of the During dismantling, the existing building with attached outbuildings (sanitary wing, dog kennel and bowling alley) and parts of the existing wall enclosing the property must be dismantled and waste disposed of. Paved streets, squares and paths are must be demolished and removed along with the substructure, media lines in the ground in the processing area must be dismantled, pole lights/street lamps must be dismantled. Some of the building mass to be demolished is contaminated with pollutants. After the services have been completed, To hand over a rough subgrade to the client without any piles or remains of rubbish and building rubble. All fastenings including base layers, enclosures and installations (shafts/pipes, cables/light poles, etc.) must be demolished and closed within the construction site clear up.
