Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction Services for Solar Street Lighting at Peka in Leribe District, Lesotho.
Compulsory site visit shall be held on Tuesday, 17th October 2017 at 10h00 at Peka next to Post Office. The closing date for the tender submissions shall be at 10h00, on Thursday, 23rd November 2017, should be deposited in the Tender Box located next to the securing personnel chamber at the Ministry of Energy and Meteorology (MEM) Headquarters, 2nd Floor Africa House South Wing, Cnr. Kingsway and High Court Road, Maseru, Lesotho. The bid must be accompanied by a refundable bid security of M5, 000.00. Tender will be opened on the same day at 10h30 at MEM Headquarters boardroom in the presence of contractors or their representatives who choose to attend
The tender documents will be obtainable from the office of Ministry of Energy and Meteorology-Rural Electrification Unit (REU), 6th Floor, Moposo House Kingsway Street, Maseru at a non-refundable fee of M200.00

It is mandatory of tenderers to submit Tax clearance certificates from Lesotho Revenue Authority (LRA) and Value Added Tax together with the tenders. The documents shall be either original or certified copies by the respective authorities. Non-compliance with the requirement shall invalidate the tender.
