Tenders are invited for Construction of Satellite Laboratory at Arua Regional Referral Hospital
Bid Security: 4000000/-.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Ag. Procurement Specialist, East African Public Health Laboratory Networking Project, Ministry of Health Headquarters, Room D109, Plot 6 Lourdel Road and inspect the Bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hour (Monday to Friday) at the address given in 8 (a) below.
A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of UGX 100, 000. The method of payment will be through direct deposit to the Uganda Revenue Account through any authorized Uganda Revenue Collecting Banks in Uganda.
Bids must be delivered to the address below 8(a) on or before 10:00 am on 3, d August, 2018. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address 8(b) below on 3rd August, 2018 starting at 10:15 a.m.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bid Security of UGX 40, 000, 000 in format of a Bank Guarantee.
