Construction of a river water heat pump on the Elbe in Dresden Lot 3 hydraulic engineering planning see reference to the client's tender platform (service description and HOAI 2021 for Lph 2-9). The service should be commissioned gradually with level I Lph2, Stage II Lph 3-4, Stage III Lph 5-7, Stage IV Lph 8-9. There is no entitlement to the provision of the steps. In order to develop a heat source, SachsenEnergie AG intends to set up a heat pump system (WPA) with thermal output of up to 50 MW in Dresden in the bank area and thus the flood plain of the Elbe. The aim of the planning task is to fully plan the river water development for a river water heat pump in the project area. This includes in particular the removal and discharge structure on the Elbe, the associated extraction and all necessary computing systems including technical equipment, pipelines, necessary hydraulic engineering adjustments as well as all construction aids and measures required for implementation of special civil engineering. The planning must be developed in such a way that a technically functional, economical, approved and operationally reliable overall solution is created. In particular, the interfaces to the planning-free system technology and Construction planning must be clearly defined and coordinated across disciplines.
