The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: CONSTRUCTION OF THE PZD HEADQUARTERS IN KOZERKACH. The subject of the procedure is the construction of an office and social building intended for the headquarters of the District Road Authority in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The construction of the building is planned for plot no. 150/1, located in Kozerki, Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune (rural area), Grodzisk poviat, Masovian Voivodeship. In the designed office and social building, on the ground floor there is a main hall, reception, utility room, security, toilet. for disabled people, a corridor, 2 storage rooms, a vestibule, two bathrooms, a social room, 2 office rooms, a cloakroom and a boiler room. On the first floor of the designed building there is a main hall, a conference room, a corridor, a server room, 7 rooms offices, a social room, a bathroom with a vestibule and a toilet for disabled people. The office and social building is intended for permanent or temporary stay of manual workers and office workers. The height of the rooms on the ground floor and first floor is 3.5 m.
