Interested Bidders may obtain the complete Bidding Documents in French by submitting a written request to the address mentioned above against a non-refundable payment of seventy-five thousand (75, 000 ) FCFA . The method of payment will be by payment to account No. SN012 01301 000415705015 45 opened in the name of ONAS with the CBAO-Dakar bank
Provide audited balance sheets or, if not required by the regulations of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer for the last three (3) years from January 1, 2019;
Provide a line of credit certificate for an amount of one billion four hundred million (1, 400, 000, 000 ) FCFA issued by a bank approved by the Ministry of Finance ;
Have an average annual turnover of eight billion (8, 000, 000, 000 ) FCFA over the last 3 years from 2019 ( year 2019 to 2021)
Majority participation in two (02) similar contracts of a minimum amount of six billion nine hundred and eighty-five million six hundred thousand (6, 985, 000, 000) CFA francs each executed during the last ten (10) years from January 1
