(ix) Evidence of ownership/Lease of relevant construction Plants & Equipment (for Works category) (x) Evidence of current compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act (2014) inclusion of PENCOM Clearance Certificate, including remittances (xi) Valid/current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Certificate of compliance as evidence of bidders fulfillment of obligation to pay ITF Contributions in line with the provisions of section 16 (6) (d) of Public Procurement Act, 2007. (xii) Sworn affidavit affirming that none of the Directors of the company have been convicted for any criminal offence.(xiii) Evidence of Registration and Compliance with Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) (xiv) Sworn affidavit that No officer in the Bureau (BPP), PRODA or FMST is a director in your company.
