Tenders are invited for Construction of New Block to Materials Testing Laboratory at MPI, Phoenix.
Any clarifications sought by any bidder in respect of this procurement exercise shall be addressed to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Public Infrastructure and Land Transport, Attn: Manager Procurement and Supply, Central Procurement & Supplies Division, Level 2, Ex DWC Site, Quay Street, Port Louis (Fax No: 217 8064) so as to reach him at least fourteen days before the deadline for the submission of bids. 5. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 14 December 2017 at 10.00 hours at MPI, Phoenix. 6. Bids in sealed envelope, clearly marked “New Block to Materials Testing Laboratory at MPI, Phoenix” MPI/OAB(N) 33 of 2017-2018 and indicating the closing date, should be addressed to The Chairperson, Departmental Bid Committee, and deposited in the Tender Box situated at the under mentioned address on or before Wednesday 17 January 2018 at 13.00hrs (local time) at latest.
