1. The OMVS (Organization for the Development of the Senegal River), a basin organization, has the strategic objective of mobilizing and managing the water resources of the Senegal River Basin in order to promote the economic and social development of the populations. member countries (Guinea, Mali, Mauritania and Senegal). 2.
